Sierra Lloyd, Commentary Editor, Maestro Editor
Sierra is a senior this year and she is the Commentary Editor and a Co-Maestro Editor. Sierra's favorite subject in school is art, including drawing, painting, and ceramics. When she's older, Sierra wants to be an environmental lawyer who lives in Canada. Her favorite quote is "I hate writing, I love having written" from Dorothy Parker. What Sierra likes most about newspaper is working with the Catalyst staff and Mr. Wuster. She loves how the reporters are insightful, hardworking students and she enjoys reading their stories. Sierra loves local journalism with an investigative quality: she loves talking to people in the community about their genuine thoughts and opinions, and she believes that digging deep into the decisions made by community leaders is immeasurably important.
