Swoosh! You zoom down the hill with your bike but wait; the snow down the road is fast approaching you. Trying to swerve out of the way is impossible so your only choice is to dive into the pile of fluffy snow. While diving into a snow pile might be fun, it’s inconvenient for a bike ride.
Even though winter might not be a convenient time to ride a bike, it does have its perks. One perk of riding your bike during the winter is gaining extra muscles; by riding through piles of snow which can be hard to tackle. Another benefit is the cooler temperatures. With cooler temperatures, you can go for a longer period without sweating too much.
On the opposite of winter, we have summer. This is a great time to ride your bike. One of the perks of riding in the summer is sweating from the heat. By sweating, it can improve your mood, regulate your temperature, and more. Just watch out for mosquitoes!
Fall is another great season to go on a bike ride. During fall you can run over a bunch of leaves which makes a satisfying sound. The temperature also cools just enough for you not to overheat while going on your bike ride.
Spring is also a great season to ride your bike in. During spring you could catch a rain storm and ride through it or you could wait until after it rains and have that pleasant rain smell through your whole bike ride. You can also ride through puddles which is always fun to do; just make sure you don’t splash anyone.
In the end, each season has its benefits, from having more exercise to having a nice peaceful bike ride. But if you do go out make sure you always wear a helmet.
