This year there are many popular concerts happening during the spring and summer. There are many popular music artists that will be/are on tour. Not only are there the big pop music artists that will be touring around the world, but also small bands that go to more local places. As the days get longer, so does the anticipation of seeing your favorite artist perform live.

All of these line-ups are great because all different types of music go all during summer/spring when people have the most free time. All of these concerts are very popular, but the challenging part is that the tickets are often insanely expensive, and the travel can be far depending on who you are seeing, and sometimes may interfere with school or sports.
Junior Ellie Wytulka will be attending one of the best-known country artists this summer. I’m going to a Chris Stapleton concert with my family, and I’m so excited. Chris Stapolten is so amazing, and his country music is like no other. I can’t wait.”
Local
Country Jam is a big hit in Grand Junction, Colorado. This year’s amazing lineup includes Luke Bryan, Cody Johnson, and Bailey Zimmerman. These popular artists are going to have an exciting couple of days for everyone who is coming. Whether that’s camping there for a couple of days, or just stopping by for one day. Junior Katie Morgan,who is going to Country Jam, said, “I’m going to Country Jam this summer, I won’t be going full time, only day 1 or day 3. I’m lucky because I get to go for free, which is so exciting. One of my favorite country singers will be there, Cody Johnson, so I’m really excited to see him.”
One of the more underground indie rock bands is The Backseat Lovers. This band is on tour right now, and it is a top favorite for a lot of teenagers. Grace Wilding, an FMHS student, was almost able to see one of her favorite bands this past week. “I was so excited because my friend Mal and I were gonna go see this band in Boulder, Colorado, but it interfered with dance tryouts so we weren’t able to make it, but it looked so fun and I would recommend people go to this band based on how fun it looks on video”.
All of this being said, this year’s 2025 lineup from spring-summer is incredible. So many popular songs and artists around the world with a lot of variety of genres from pop music to rock, so you can see if your favorite artist or band or even a festival is touring this year when you’re most free and available to go.
