Club Chaos in the Courtyard

Recently during C.A.T. time, Fruita Monument’s assortment of clubs competed for the attention potential members, “new blood’ if you will.”

The event helps exposed students to a  large variety of clubs. A few clubs present at the event were FCCLA, Art club, G.O.A.L. (an LGBTQ+ friendly club), FFA, and JROTC just to name a few. “There was a club for everyone, I found it hard not joining more.” said Jeremiah Williams, captain of the varsity wrestling team and a junior at FMHS.

Clubs help you make friends and learn new skills.

Along with spreading their message, clubs drew in potential members with candy, baked goods and even miniature flags. Although I must say whoever made those cookies for speech and debate should be on Top Chef.

If you couldn’t make it to the club fair no worries, it’s never too late to get involved.
