As millions of people around the world are stuck at home during this global pandemic, this leaves a lot of time to work on ourselves, whether that be mental or physical. People tend to forget how our personal health may affect our day-to-day lives, and it is important to be as in good physical condition as possible in order to live a long, prosperous life. However, for many, it may seem hard to find the motivation to actually get up and be active during these troubling times, but Chloe Ting may be the solution.

Chloe Ting is a 34-year-old YouTuber who posts workout routines on her channel as well as her personal website. It consists of 10-15 minute videos of quick workouts that stress your body to peak condition. On her website, she details workout programs to whatever the individual may seem right for them such as the “2020 MOVE-mber Schedule” or the “15 Days Intense Core Challenge.” These schedules show what videos on her channel you should watch every day in order to get the best results. However, at the beginning of her videos, she claims that the results may not be what you want in such a short amount of time because everybody is unique, but she insists to keep with it.

Her workouts are not easy. They really push the body to its max, and you can expect to be sore for the next few days. While it may be hard to go through the pain, people have posted amazing results of their journey with the tag #chloetingchallenge all over social media, and people have been getting so much more healthy due to these women’s FREE workout routines. Yes, these workouts are all free and accessible to anyone who has a network connection.

For one specific workout, her ab exercise, you would follow her on the video as she does the exercises with you. For this workout, you would do 50 second Jack Knife, 10-second rest, 50-second crunches, 10-second rest, 50-second scissor kick, 10-second rest, etc. These videos layout short exercising that builds up and works out your body. It may seem simple in theory, but it is rigorous.

Maddie Schermerhorn who has partaken in Ting’s workout challenges claims, “I like Chloe Ting’s workouts because they are perfect and quick. They don’t take very long.”

While you shouldn’t expect a full six-pack of abs, you should expect to feel better about your physical image and feel inspired to keep going. A reminder that every person is different, and not everyone can be as some of the girls you might see on Instagram, but everyone can be healthy. Everybody deserves a chance to be who they really aspire to be, and Chloe Ting shows that in her videos.

Along with Chloe Ting’s workout videos, she also posts motivating clips of her reviewing people who have gone through these stimulating workouts. Thanks to her, people have grown muscle and lost fat within a short amount of time, and Ting always congratulates them as staying strong, because her workouts can truly test one’s capacity to stick with it.

However, keep in mind that she is not a professional and that there’s more to a healthy body than just simple workouts. Your diet is a massive contributor to that factor, as well as your motivation as an individual. Not to mention your mental health is almost as, if not more, important to your overall health as well. But studies have shown that being active can have a beneficial impact on depression, anxiety, ADHD, etc. if you just put in the effort. You can’t be a greater you without the you part.

In the words of Chloe Ting, “You have to want it. You have to plan for it. The hard part isn’t getting your body in shape, the hard part getting your mind in shape.”
