Cayen is a junior this year and it's her first year in newspaper. She took newspaper because writing comes naturally to her, but she wants real-life proof that writing makes an impact. She wants to take the fun of writing and apply it to life. Cayen likes writing stories that really catch her interest or affect her personally. Cayen's favorite color is green, because it's the color of growth, life, and spring.
